About The Role

LOCATION: Liverpool

BASIC SALARY: £35’000 to £38’000

BONUS: 45-60% SALARY BONUS LINKED TO KPI’S
Private Healthcare, 5% Pension

A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate Hotel Manager / General Manager to join one of the areas fast paced Hotel venues.

With the opportunity to not only manage the very busy hotel operation, there is an opportunity to develop the business further. We are seeking an experienced Hotelier that can successfully operate a fast-paced hotel in the heart of the city center. Also, one that can inspire, lead and grow the team and take the hotel naturally to the next level!
 

What Experience Do You Need?

Hotel Manager / General Manager

The customer experience is key. This is a very busy venue, with recent development to fit into the ‘buzz’ of the city.

We are seeking a well balanced manager who can lead in customer service but who also operates a profitable and well balanced business across different departments. Room Revenue, F&B and Bar.

It is essential you are passionate and can support and manage your team to deliver an outstanding journey for guests and staff alike.

We are seeking an experienced manager with one common thread, a desire to succeed in life through hard work, loyalty, enthusiasm and respect for their colleagues. Hotel Manager / General Manager

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager of a fast paced and volume operation.
  • City exposure would be helpful.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Passion for very high customer service standards, with the ability to train and lead from the front.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in your work environment.
  • Confident communicator on all levels.
  • Strong passion knowledge and experience to run a successful F&B operation.
  • Proven knowledge and results led occupancy and bedroom experience.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer needs, business needs and your teams needs day to day.
