About The Role

LOCATION: Northampton

BASIC SALARY: £35’000 to £42’000


A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate Hotel Manager / General Manager to join one of the areas fast paced Hotel venues.

With the opportunity to not only manage the very busy hotel operation, there is an opportunity for this to be a dual site role and develop the business further. We are seeking an experienced Hotelier that can successfully operate a fast paced hotel but also one that grow the team and take the hotel through a future development.

What Experience Do You Need?

Hotel Manager / General Manager

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager of a fast paced and volume operation.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Passion for very high customer service standards, with the ability to train and lead from the front.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in your work environment.
  • Confident communicator on all levels.
  • Strong passion knowledge and experience to run a successful F&B operation.
  • Proven knowledge and results led occupancy and bedroom experience.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer needs, business needs and your teams needs day to day.
  • Living accommodation is available if needed.
