After we have spent time working with you and getting to know your company we start making your life easier...we act as your only contact for recruitment and manage the recruitment companies (PSL preferred supplier list) of your or our choice.

You can have as many recruitment companies in the PSL as you like; you may only need 2 or you may need 6 this is the decision we can make together depending on the volume, locations or even how well the other recruitment companies perform on the PSL.

The selected recruitment companies will be invited to come to DISCOVER RETAIL and present what they can do and what their understanding of your company and brand is; only then will the successful ones start working with us.
